Operation Manager at a Successful FMCG Company in Yangon

  • Managing the operation process, production plan, monitoring workflow and facility maintenance
  • Up to 2,500,000 MMK + other attractive bonuses

 

About the Company

 

Our client is fast growing among other food production companies and specialized in high quality fish and other seafood production

 

The Role

  • Ensure the smooth process flow with effective manner, in-charge in quality controlling and overseeing all maintenance work in factory
  • Must set up production and operation plans, managing and monitoring factory workflow
  • In-charge for QA/QC work to ensure no bacteria in raw material and products
  • Coordinating with maintenance team for production and facility maintenance
  • Manage quality control system for consumer safety

Job Requirements

  • 5 years and above experience in Aquaculture Fisheries industrial work
  • Bachelor of Degree or any related field
  • Industrial background in Seafood, VAP Seafood, Drinking Water production management
  • Must understand and could use HACCP, ISO, GMP
  • Good people management skill
