  • ​​​​To manage operation smoothly.
  • Market research and review processes from competitors.
  • Analyze competitive products, services, and promotions.
  • Prepare a budget plan for the operation.
  • Internal discussion with team members regularly to provide and support proper guidelines.
  • Organize merchant acquisitions, customer service, and data updating, transportation of goods, service allocation, and way plans.
  • Search and explore new business opportunities.
  • Observe Competitors' activities and information to AGM.
  • Expand all potential services from the market regularly.
  • Understand market trends and search for new products/hot items for the market requirement.
  • Arrange payment methods and warranty claims.
  • Create a way plan for merchant visits and send reports to AGM.
  • Preparing weekly, and monthly activities reports.
  • Manage 3rd party contractors/providers.
  • Follow assigned jobs from AGM.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate or (More prefer Diploma in Project Management field or Engineering Degree with construction experience).
  • At least (5) years of experience in construction fields.
    Good (Planning, Follow Up, Teamwork, Communication, Negotiation Skill, Customer Focus, Conflict Resolution, Problem  Solving, Customer Relations).
  • Professional presentation skills & Good knowledge in related fields.
  • Good in Networking & Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong operation and project management skills.
  • Have sales & marketing tools knowledge.
  • Plus, an advantage for an understanding of using e-commerce sales.
  • Acceptable in English (Writing & Speaking), Good in MS (word, excel, PowerPoint).
