Job Description

  • Plan, manage and monitor the implementation of operational activities and processes in order to deliver
  • on approved operational plans and to continuously enhance service delivery
  • Manages all activities associated with operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems.
  • Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas
  • Schedule staff hours and assign duties
  • Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers.
  • Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery within the business context
  • Leading the service delivery team, managing conflict, and ensuring the team's processes and tasks are carried out efficiently.
  • Managing finances and budgets.
  • Determining ways to reduce costs without sacrificing customer satisfaction.
  • Assessing customer feedback and using your creativity to establish, to improve, and refine
  • Checking on daily operational and Provide accurate and timeous reporting of performance metrics and recommendations to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate (or) MBA is preferable(with at least 3 years of experience);
  • Proficiency in English (or) Chinese is preferable;
  • Verbal and written communication skills;
  • Interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels;
  • Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work;
  • Ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure;
  • Capability to work with numerical information, plus analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Diplomatic approach and the confidence to provide support to high-profile company staff and board members;

  • Integrity and discretion when handling confidential information
