- Enhances customer satisfaction through his/her warm and friendly manner, availability and frequent presence in the Restaurant- Handles Customer comments and complaints,ensuring follow-up.- Develops strong relationships with Customer with the aim of gaining their loyalty- Ensures the quality of service provided for Customer, that they are comfortable and received a warm and personal welcome- Steers and promotes all the F & B points of sale.- Ensures that all information is duly passed on to the applicable departments- Organizes and supervises the preparation of points of sale according to activity forecasts and product information.- Ensures the standards are properly applied- In conjunction with the Head Chef, prepares the menus,organizes purchases and updates the cooking instructions.- Plans changes in the menu, sets prices and organizes the work for the day in coordination with the Chef reliable working order, and for following up technical maintenance.- Attends meetings for Heads of Department.- Passes on the management team’s decisions.- Establishes excellent relation with Customers.- Prepares the commercial action plan for the department and ensures its implementation.- Sets dally sales targets to be met by the team.- Is familiar with all the services and informs Customers about them to encourage use.- Analyses Customer comments and implements any corrective actions as required.- Launches and deploys marketing initiatives in the local area in order to increase revenue.- Works in close collaboration with the sales department to ensure high standards of service and satisfaction for meetings customers.- Is actively involved in the local area to keep up-to-date with specific issues and needs.- Keeps close track of what the competition is doing .- Use creativity and innovation to facilitate commercial operations.- Draws up the annual budget for the department and implements any corrective actions required.- Ensures that the management results for the department are in line with Company’s targets.- Guarantees the respect of procedures governing cash operations,administration and audits, in line with internal audit guidelines.- Adapts department organization as required and manages headcount for optimum “prime cost”- To promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills.-To generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations.- To display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to Customers and colleagues.

Job Requirements
Proven work experience as a Restaurant / Operation Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or similar roleProven customer service experience as a managerExtensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staffStrong leadership, motivational and people skillsAcute financial management skillsDegree in Business Administration; hospitality management or related degreeAt least 10 Years experienced in related field
