- Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned and public area as well.
- Daily allocation of works and deep cleaning tasks to team members.
- Responsible for the cleanness of corridors walk way, basement and heart of the building area of the floor.
- Checks the giving special attention to customer’s needs.
- Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards.
- To organize immediately the customer needs under intimation to Public cleaner.
- Manage customer requests, VIP amenities and communication them to the relevant team members.
- Aware of all workplace categories and amenities.
- Carry out lost and found procedures and always take care.
- Report maintenance issues to Maintenance and engineering department.
- Assist other departments whenever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Use chemical right way and safety.
- Replenish amenities according to the operational standards.
- Ensure security of customer rooms and privacy of customers.
- Responsible for achieve and exceeding the customers satisfaction score.
- Always keep clean work area and building.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree
House keeping Management Certificate (or) Hospitality Management Diploma
Communication with English speaking and writing Skills.
Basic Computer skills
Good personality and appearance
Good Communication skills and Customer Service skills.
Strong in knowledge public area cleaning services
Well know cleaning tools, chemical and equipment
Work under pressure and challenges
