Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • To check materials received for distributors to align with contract & payment. (format, duration of each episodes and no of episodes)
  • To rename the materials (Videos, SRT, M&E, Scripts, posters, pst, jpeg, etc) to single standard name
  • Be the first point of contact for media planning for all operational matters relating to the channels. To generate Program ID with guideline by the operation manager
  • To ensure short form (promo, teaser, highlight, cast interview, audience reaction, etc) are the same format titles as main programs
  • Ensure content including its editorial madata, technical data is packaged while adhering to technical and regulatory standards
  • Content evaluation : organization of content inventory in our content management system, including acquisition data and editorial data
  • Maintaining clear concise and up to data documentation about the channels
  • To register materials in Cyro (Acquisition and Production Data)
  • To liaison between Acquisitions, Material Operation and Localization teams
  • To manager localization In/Out data

  • Can work in long overtime. For consecutive working on Day & Night.
  • Focus leaner and smart good in organizing skills while there is multitask work urgency pressure
  • Team player. Can work alone by following the standard work procedures
