Job Description

  • Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
  • Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
  • Organizing events, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Support to Sales & Marketing departments or projects as needed.
  • Handling the delivering process.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 2+ years of experience as an Operations & customer service position in educational field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & outlook mail.

  • Ability to multitask.
