1.Reviewing the annual production plan and  maintenance plan submitted by the operation and maintenance contractor.
2.Supervising  the operation and maintenance contractor's power plants operation, maintenance, technical supervision, technical reform and maintenance.
3.Supervising the contractor's safe production, equipment maintenance, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics and other management systems 
4.Collect original production records, ledgers, reports management, timely preparation and reporting of annual, quarterly, monthly production, equipment and other related statistical reports.
5.Supervise the operation and maintenance companies' spare parts usage, procurement management, and regular inventory of warehouse stocks.
6.Organise the evaluation and assessment management of operation and maintenance contractors. 
7.Participate in operation analysis meetings and monthly meetings, analyze and record and archive operation data.
8.responsible for coordination of work with the grid, natural gas companies, environmental protection and other government departments.
9. responsible for coordinating work with higher level units and contractors.
