- Plan, coordinate and assign daily workload to customer service and support team members

-Supervise team in providing excellent and outstanding services to customers

- Assist management team in planning and executing customer service functions

- Maintain the school operation process flow as per SOP

- Identify system and workflow improvements for enhance the team's efficiency

- Ensure team addresses customer inquires and concerns promptly and professionally

- A degree with relevant experience ( Business Studies Master's degree preferred)

- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
