The role holder is responsible for ensuring the most efficient operations of Agent Banking Operation Back Office Support Team. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer onboarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.
To assist and support the Value Centre’s business plans for structuring highly relevant and innovative financial solutions to deepen account adoption and to reach more customers at lower cost, in line with the overall bank’s strategy of driving nation-wide financial inclusion
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Ensure to follow call centre “SOP” when handling different topics
Identify internal and external customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
Build sustainable relationships and engage all the parties by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call centre excel sheet in a comprehensible way
To carry out any other duties or special project which may assign to you from time to time by Supervisor

Job Requirements
Obtained Bachelor Degree
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with nature of digital payment system, banking systems and its practices
Previous experience in a customer support role
