DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in execution of the Bank's Business Continuity management programs, including contributing to the design and execution of awareness sessions, crisis response simulations, planning workshops and tabletop exercises
• Support in oversight of the physical security management of the Bank’s operation
• Monitor and track external physical security environment which may potentially impact on the Bank’s operation

• Strong analytical and basic research skills related to the retrieval and organization of high volumes of information
• Solid organizational skills especially ability to meet project deadlines

• Supports a collaborative and team-oriented environment while pushing themselves, their peers, and their teams for strong results and quality work
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and PowerPoint, required

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, or Engineering required.
• Knowledge in Crisis Management and Business Continuity

Experience

• At least 1 year experience in financial institutions or other institutions with hands-on experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management (Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply)
• Knowledge of banking and risk management within the bank is preferred

Languages

• Fluency in both English and Myanmar, written and verbal communication
