• You will be the primary interface between Myanmar Credit Bureau and its Clients (Banking & Financial Institutions and Consumers).• Tasked with managing a portfolio of Client(s) for service fulfilment and related support.• Process credit reports requests from customers.• Liaise with customers on their enquiries via emails or phone calls.• Manage inbound / outbound calls effectively.• Assist customers on their disputes.• To monitor progress and provide periodic updates on disputes.• Understand and adhere to the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• 1 to 2 years of customer service experience.
• Good spoken and written English.• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Access are essential.• Knowledge on SQL is an added advantage.• Corporate customer service experience.• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.• Demonstrate professionalism and confidence in customer management.• Able to work independently and effectively under pressure.• Possess excellent listening, rationalization and problem-solving skills.• Detailed and analytical.
