Job Description

The role holder responsible to lead the team, raise issue to all relevant VCs, Functions, Department and team upon the issue.

The role holder is responsible to verify potential Operation Risk for current and new products and services and have be familiar with all KBZ internal instructions, CBM’s instructions, CBM’s Rules & Regulation and MMCB’s requirement.

  • To lead the team and guide all team member for implementation of TOM.
  • To raise issue and negotiate with internal and external parties.
  • To communicate and negotiate with all relevant VC/Functions and Branches upon the requirement.
  • To analyze any information/data and put into the meaningful business interpretation
  • To knowing all KBZ internal instructions, Myanmar Credit Bureau requirement and CBM’s instruction and Rules and MMCB requirements and any other relevant regulator’s requirements on the current and new products and services.
  • To verify potential Operations Risk at operation process for current and new products and services
  • Responsible for the completion of the Business Unit Risk Assessments
  • Develop Risk Mitigation Action Plans
  • Carry out detailed walkthroughs and process mapping to identify significant risks and controls
  • Undertake the maintenance of Risk Management Risk Register
  • Report key risk and control indicators of department/business unit
  • Oversee the operational risk incident management process to guarantee that timeliness, integrity, and quality control are maintained
  • Ensure appropriate review of the financial impact of operational incidents and root cause and business impact analysis
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge of systems and data to ensure optimal use of technology.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree and/or Master is a plus
  • At least five years working experience or 3 years of Banking experience or similar
  • Must have knowledge in loan and Credit Product including all relevant report
  • Interested in building continuous process improvement

  • Be familiar with data mining, fish bone diagram, and lean six sigma

  • Excellent in Presentation, Communication skill

  • Fluency in English
