- Monthly validation and approval Energy costs that power system is supplied by TOWRCO with EPC and Fuel costs every month pursuant to procedure and terms in the contract.
-Daily validation and approval SLA for sites outage by TOWERCO’s power issues then make the daily SLA outage report to Tower Cos,
-Monthly validation & approval network service availability for Tower Cos & evaluate monthly KPI based on the outages by following procedure and terms in the contract.
- Collect unstable sites & Tracking plan & solution to rectify the issues of unstable sites by cooperating with Tower Cos on weekly
- Request Towerco informs and then checks new station list of other Operators to request monthly rent reduction.
- Check and request Towerco to install grid power for the sites are enough condition under contract terms.
- Collaborate with the Project team to negotiate with Towerco, Fiberco to implement Mytel's out-of-contract plans.
- Management of Outsource resources (station buildings, cables).
- Hold on the discussion meeting with the Towerco, Fiberco to request upgrade plan, optimal plan or deal with happens.
