Effective operation of the equipment in order to achieve packaging targets.
Perform first line maintenance of the equipment as per standard operating procedures.
Compliance with the Safety, Health, and Environment standards and requirements in order to ensure safe operation of the processes.
Perform quality checks of packaging process in compliance with the quality standards and requirements in order to ensure the packaging of a quality beverage.
Maintain a clean and orderly work area by ensuring that the machines and equipment are clean and organized appropriately.

Job Requirements

B.Tech (Electrical/Mechanical), GTC (Electrical/Mechanical), Diploma in Food Science/Science Major, or its equivalent.
Packaging experience preferred but not mandatory.
Fresh Graduates are also welcome.
Able to read and comprehend documents such as manuals and operational instructions so that they can work on different types of packaging machines.
Able to work different working hours.
Knowledge of ISO and OSHA regulations.
Able to work extended hours and possess good manual dexterity.
Energetic, Interpersonal skills, team work, integrity and trust.
Willingness to learn.
Able to use computer well.
Positive Attitude.
Must have Driving License.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A team player mentality.
A good verbal and written communication skill to detailed information.
