  • Territory Distributor/Partner Outlet Management:
    • Monitor DT/LP Recruitment process,
    • maintain DT/LP Profile,
    • Setting & Tracking KPI of DT/LP
    • Setting & Monitor Perfect War Room, Perfect Warehouse standard & Execution
  • DMS
    • support with DMS partner to Field sales team in
      • DMS Setup,
      • Outlet Master data Creation
      • PJP planning,
      • Mobility Training and usage
      • Sales Admin training
      • Reporting
      • System Support
  • Training Plan and Organizing
    • (With Manager) define skills gap, and plan training courses needed for the whole EABC Sales community
    • Engage with key speakers/ trainers (internal) for training courses
    • Organize and facilitate the training courses as scheduled
  • Training material building for Sales Academy
    • Material preparation and translation
      • For sales men: Basic Call procedure/ Product Knowledge/ TDOM
      • For ASE/ SASE: TDOM/ Sales Fundamental
    • (with manager) build new training materials for NEW key audiences in Myanmar
      • ASM
      • Distributor owner and Manager
      • Sales Admin
    • Facilitation for specific training: ROI/ HR Management (Interview)...
  • Sales Training Support:
    • Logistics: SO/DO process
    • Reporting: training report, progress monitor, support field’s ACM to consolidate training progress by ACM/ by distributor
    • Design and announcement: for training program and training award
    • (with manager) Budget building for yearly training plan
  • D) Budget management
    • Manage Training Budget
    • Manage Team Building Budget
    • Manage T&E Budget

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with Minimum 5 years’ experience in DT/LP Management
  • Minimum more than 5 years’ experience in team Management
  • Able to do long business travel
  • Strong Critical Thinking
  • Change management
  • Public Speaking
  • Basic Accounting knowledge
  • Passion in Developing people skill
  • Good English (written – speaking)
