Job Description

  • Assist with the implementation of processes and procedures in accordance with set B2C Sales policies and objectives
  • Manage entire operation of B2C Sales and ensure adherence to B2C Sales visit plans
  • Report, analyze and forecast sales activity in B2C Segment and customer relationship management
  • Assist in planning and executing B2C sales and marketing strategies to maximize B2C sales growth, revenue and profit targets.
  • Give feedback and advice regarding new products, services or sales activities; B2C market development, customer needs in value added services, prices and selling techniques, improvement of sales team potential.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 7 years of working in B2C sales/ Customer Relationship management preferably in solution focused technology/ telecom enterprises
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience at supervisory level
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic implementation of distribution strategies would be an advantage
  • Experience in sales management, promotion, training & development or other successful senior management experiences
