Job Description

  • Arranging and attending meetings with potential partners, and existing partners.
  • Arranging and attending where required internal meetings.
  • Taking minutes of all meetings attended.
  • Coordinating and communicating with external partners.
  • Coordinating and communicating with various internal stakeholders for each individual project.
  • Presenting and marketing to new partnerships, helping to secure the partnership.
  • Assisting in the preparation of business strategies, business plans, commercial terms and commercial agreement for each partnership as assigned.
  • Maintaining assigned key accounts and providing ongoing client support for those partnerships assigned by HOSP.
  • Developing and managing implementation strategies and project plans for the partnerships under management
  • Tracking performance of partnerships as per assigned business plans or other implementation plans
  • Liaising with other functional areas within KBZMS involved in either implementing partnerships, or supporting partnerships  
  • Developing and implementing client relationship management strategies.
  • Communicating with key clients to monitor client expectations and satisfaction.
  • Establishing efficient communication channels and liaising between key clients and internal departments.
  • Grows the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, developing new partnerships and implementations.
  • Identifies new business opportunities for new partnerships, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops.
  • Acts as a liaison between the vendor and its channel partners and is responsible for building, maintaining and managing long-term relationships with current and prospective partners.
  • Main lead to develop, service, and grow relationships with channel partnerships.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years' experience as a strategic accounts manager, or similar.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience in B2B sales in a related industry.
  • Superb interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent Organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to think and plan strategically
  • High level proficiency of written and spoken English
