1. Identify potential partners based on business needs, goals, and current partnerships2. Negotiate terms of partnership agreements to ensure that both parties are meeting their obligations and benefitting from the relationship3. Manage existing strategic partnerships by developing new ideas for collaboration, monitoring performance, and resolving conflicts4. Develop marketing strategies and tactics to promote the partnership to customers and other stakeholders5. Establish new business relationships with potential partners to create mutually beneficial arrangements6. Develop and manage long-term relationships with partners in order to increase sales opportunities and customer loyalty7. Use data analysis and market research to identify opportunities for new partnerships8. Manage the legal aspects of partnerships by drafting contracts, negotiating terms, and managing disputes9. Oversee and lead a team of 4 members in the Online Acquisition team and ensure KPI's are achieved

Job Requirements
1. A bachelor's degree or higher in business management or similar field2. At least 5 years of experience in marketing and sales with upper management or executive-level management3. Experience in sales and business management strategies and planning4. Strong leadership skills and traits5. Familiarity with the company's industry or market6. Good communication in English language
