Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To manage and develop the Financial Advisor (FAs) assigned to ensure that Key Result Areas (KRAs) are met or exceeded
  • Establishes, maintains and grows relationships with the Partners to ensure regular contact and communications through the conduct of regular meetings and other means to support the achievement of the area production target
  • Motivates, trains and coaches assigned FAs
  • Disciplines staff in matters that relate to compliance, code of conduct and market conduct
  • Provides feedback to the training department regarding the training needs of the Financial Advisor (FAs) and partners' Staff in his/ her assigned area
  • Manages the calendar of activities of his/ her assigned division, which includes new FA assessment, FA revalidation, teambuilding, and related activities
  • Prepares required consolidated reports for management both internal and external 
  • Receives, collates and endorses FA reports specifically on leads received and status of lead contacts
  • Makes daily reports to the Partnership Head on leads and sales productivity of the Partners' 
  • Supports DLMM and Bank on any tactical programs, events and etc
  • Develops sales strategies and tactical programs to improve productivity and conversion
  • Assures delivery of quality service at all client contact points, including managing complaints
  • Attends meetings facilitated by the Partnership Head, CDO etc and all other meetings requested by the partners

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/ Management or related discipline
  • 5 years’ experience in life insurance partnership sale
  • At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/ or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
  • Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills
  • Excellent judgement underwriting knowledge, attention to detail & analytical thinking
