The role holder will be reporting to Head of Seller Transaction and handle partner onboarding process from KYC collection to onboarding while ensuring overall experience is smooth and satisfactory. As a partner specialist, you will engage partners and potential partners from time to time to answer general enquiries and collecting leads respectively.

  • Daily communication with category transaction team to align and support as required
  • Monitor and collect leads from various channel
  • Collect KYC and other required documents to onboard partners to KBZPay Market
  • Connect with various stakeholder to provide solutions for the partner and potential partners
  • Manage leads and assign leads accordingly to respective category team
  • Weekly Report and update on status progress for the area responsible
  • Translate and analyze partner requirements into systematic approach
  • Bridge the partner requirements within existing functionality available
  • Plan and refine onboarding process as and when needed

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree
  • At least 3 years’ experience in business environment and client management
  • Proficiency in client management
  • Proficient MS tools
  • Comfortable with organization mass data into filing
  • Self-driven and entrepreneurial; able to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English and Burmese
