Partnership Engagement and Building

• Categorize the potential private school’s and universities’ (both private and government) partners in terms of geographic, demographic and popularity.
• Set-up partner meeting appointments and demonstrate the differentiated value that Auston can deliver for their schools and their students
• Develop long-term partnerships with good profile partners to open exciting partnership platform for Auston.

Develop retail partnership channel through private school’s partnership

• Define and deploy exclusive commission scheme offered to partners that will stimulate the Partnerships channel
• Develop promotional opportunities for the partner’s students that will stimulate the Partnership channel
• Manage contracts and agreements with the partners

Develop and execute partnership event/roadshow strategy to growth the partnership channel

• Organize partnership events/roadshow in collaboration with the partners to stimulate the student engagement and student acquisition
• Organize external events to build Auston brand and student acquisition
• Manage the allocated event/roadshow budget with a clear return on investment mind
• Monitor the performance of the event/roadshow initiatives aimed at growing the Partnerships retail channel.

Support sponsorships and fundraising

• Leverage corporate and institutional relationships to support the Auston University fundraising efforts through sponsorship or others.

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field
• Strong engagement skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties
• Proven work experience with private schools and university engagement
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• English conversational level
• Good commence in MS offices, internet and email
• Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities
• Must be open to receiving performance feedback and be able to react to feedback in a positive manner
• Team player
