Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Sell parts: attend to customer’s enquiries, prepare parts sales quotations, invoice and issue the parts after customer paid.
  • Process customer orders and provide regular status updates.
  • Parts & service marketing research including: competitor’s activities and their parts/service prices; parts and materials suppliers search.
  • Organize parts logistics by the customer/service orders.
  • Maintain and develop customer relations.
  • Conduct regular updates in regard to parts pricing, customer database and sales records.
  • Receiving and checking the incoming shipments and assign bin location of the parts.
  • Picking and issuing the parts and ensure to record them in the system.
  • Conducting the stock counts, general housekeeping and monitoring the shelf life.
  • Provide recommendations to improve parts inventory in order to have fast moving items available and reduce amount of slow moving parts.
  • Responsible for daily stock report and analyzing the resulting reports, coordination of parts logistic between MDY & YGN / customers.

Any adhoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Parts sales background.
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in equipment parts sales and customer service.
  • English (Intermediate level: written and spoken).
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experienced user of ‘both’ paper & electronic parts catalogues (to include web based applications).
