Job Description

  1. Collect daily attendance information from all office locations
  2. Check daily leave, tardy, absence and attendance records via finger print systems
  3. Distribute leave cards to employee requesting leave and define leave type
  4. Check and record daily leave record in Excel
  5. Collect daily overtime of production workers and check via finger print systems
  6. Check and record daily production overtime record in Excel
  7. Assist in Payroll calculations to ensure the correct amount for overtime, deductions, bonuses and etc are incorporated
  8. Assist in payroll accounting, transactions, reporting, stopped payment and other operations
  9. Ensure data accuracy in an efficient and timely manner
  10. Ensure and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of information
  11. Assist in tax calculations and SSB calculations
  12. Assist in solving payroll complaints from workers
  13. Manage and keep the documentation of salary received record forms
  14. Assist in notifying employees when they take leave many or without leave.
  15. Manage and assign jobs to production HR
  16. Participate in department meetings
  17. Communicate and cooperate effectively with relevant departments in the organization
  18. Perform other related duties and required of the Human Resources Department
  19. Follow instructions from and report to the HR Manager

Job Requirements

1. At least 3 years’ experience in related field
2. Certificate or diploma holder in Human Resource Management
3. Full knowledge of labor laws and government rules
4. Strong communications and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
5. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Gmail
6. Treat everyone with respect
7. Intermediate level in English
8. Can work collaboratively in teams
9. Ability to effectively solve problems and make decisions
