Job Description

Talent Acquisitions

  • Take charge of shaping and executing sourcing and development strategy for Market employees, including sourcing, advertising, recruitment related programs, internal recruitment, candidate screening, interviewing, assessments, temporary employees etc
  • Offers, hiring, arranging computers & work place for new hire and all related procedures are also part of the responsibilities
  • Perform reference checks and arrange pre-employment medical check-up for shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare monthly recruitment tracking report and other relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Responsible to administer any requisitions and documentations in relations to recruitment/relocation activities

Learning & Development

  • Facilitate and execute program / process that is in-line with the development needs identified and ensure its alignment to corporate objectives, values and the required learning priorities.
  • Work closely with People & Culture business partner in monitor process such as the efficiency and effectiveness of the programmes, trainers and vendors ensuring ROI as expected.
  • Support and facilitate an effective learning and development programme that continuously improves employee capabilities and provides a tangible return on investment for the business.
  • Support the employee educational assistance programme to encourage employees acquiring additional knowledge and professional skills.
  • Responsible in conducting in New comers' orientation training.
  • Responsible to raise the ticket to the Global Business Service(GBS)

Employer Branding

  • Work together with People & Culture Business partner to execute employer branding activities and support the roll out of global and local employer branding initiatives/projects to maximize the company's image as an Employer of Choice.
  • HR Analytics and Project Management
  • Act as the HR analyst preparing HR dashboard and other HR reports
  • Support the global and local projects assigned by P&C director

Other (if applicable)

  • Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree, post graduate degree (preferably in the area of HR) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resource in a multinational company including talent attraction, employer branding, learning and development, and HR analytics
  • Previous Tobacco industry experience will be an advantage.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • The candidate should be articulate, cultured and well presented.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity is a critical requirement
