Job Experience & Skills Required:
* 5 – 7 years’ experience in Customer Service Center, within financial services and banking ideally
* Strong experience in performance evaluation, customer service, and data analyst
* Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and communication skills
* Fluent in both English and Myanmar language
