Job Description

  • Set up and manage paper or electronic filing systems, recording information, updating paperwork, or maintaining documents, such as attendance records, correspondence, or other material.
  • Maintain scheduling and event calendars of MD.
  • Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or reports, such as presentations or expense, statistical, or monthly reports.
  • Arrange conference, meeting, or travel reservations for executive office personnel.
  • Manage to facilitate in obtaining passports for local national staff and for gaining necessary visas, arranging ticketing and hotels, etc. for management team going overseas.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Management preferable. MBA or Master Degree (optional)
  • Age between 28 and 35.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Meeting Arrangement and Supporting to CEO/ MD/ Chairman.
  • High Skills in English including presentation, emailing and translating.
  • Microsoft Office and Outlook Suite Literacy.
  • Honesty and reliability.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills.
  • Able to travel if necessary.
  • Male candidate prefer due to business nature
