Responsibilities

To Assist Executive Director and his family to handle daily tasks.
To conduct personal matters of Executive Directors and his family when required.
To carry out duties assigned by Executive Director and his family.
Performs purchasing Executive Directors and his family's requirements.

Job Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. (Chinese Mandarin Proficiency will take advantageous)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Must be able to follow the instructions properly and accurately
Confident and cheerful personnel
Self-organized and rigorous team work capabilities
Highly developed interpersonal skills
Ability to sustain prolonged periods of concerted attention and work under pressure
Great learner
At least 1-3 years of related experience required.
