An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects/ cases and issues.
  • Taking notes and writing meeting minutes during meetings and preparing meeting such as Management meeting, BOD meeting and others meeting.
  • Preparing presentation, reports and making urgent power point presentation and also efficiency in MS office.
  • Managing databases and filing systems and implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the MD, which will vary according to the sector and to the manager’s remit, eg completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.
  • Any other duties assign by MD related with MD‘s Office responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's Degree
  • Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
  • Proficiency in appointment scheduling software such as MS Outlook, as well as call forwarding.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Age between 28 and 35
