- Managing Director's work calendar, schedule, conference calls, meetings and appointments with different business units and departments- Preparation of agenda and document minutes of meeting- Efficient to organize and compilation of reports and presentation materials, tracking approvals- Managing frequent travel and hotel arrangements and all related expenses, including visa, flights, transport and accommodation- Provide confidential administrative support and exercise discretion-Effective skills of prioritizing workloads- Translating documents, and meetings minutes where required- Liaising with relevant organizations and clients- Handle general administration and office operations and maintain proper filing records- Conduct research and prepare presentation as assigned- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Director

Job Requirements
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification-Minimum 2 years of experience in the capacity of Secretary/ Personal Assistant to senior levels of management-Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills-Able to multi-task and handle work systematically, meticulously and independently-Able to travel local or oversea-Good command in English 4 Skills, Mandarin as second language will be preferable-Proficient in MS Office-Must be able to work in Hlaing Thar Yar Industrial Zone.
