A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Managing the appointment schedule for Partner.
  • Arranging meetings
  • Typing communications and other documentations
  • Arranging and organizing practical filling of documents (electronic and hard copy)
  • Assisting in prioritization of the workload of Partner
  • Translation of emails and communication for partner from English to Burmese and Burmese to English
  • Assisting in formatting of letters
  • Assisting in the formatting of PowerPoint presentations
  • Arranging all travel, accommodation and visas for international employees
  • Reception duties as needed including room booking.
  • Other administrative tasks, as directed

  • A degree in any discipline, preferably with an English major or an overseas qualification
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Excellent word skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Sound comprehension skills

  • Experience in an office environment
