Personal Assistant to the General Manager
- General Manager's travel arrangements (including visas/accommodation).
- General Manager’s office systems, including data management and filing.
- Maintain records of General Manager's contact and timeline.
- Screen calls, enquiries and requests, and deal with them when appropriate.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the General Manager's.
- · Organize meetings and ensure that GM's is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
