JOB PURPOSE

Candidate is closely working with Sale & Marketing Manager to provide one-to-one support by offering administrative help such as drafting communication on behalf, planning and organizing meetings and travel, dealing with cross departments and showrooms for negotiation/follow up the tasks and preparing documentation. We are looking to hire a motivated Personal Assistant to help us keep growing.  

 

JOB DISCRIPATION

 

  1. Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  2. Manage Sale and Marketing daily administrative tasks and monthly report.
  3. Gather and analyze information and manager's requested tasks Generate reports on marketing and sales
  4. Contribute to collaborative efforts and organize promotional events
  5. Coordinate and follow up to sale, marketing, design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material
  6. Communicate, Negotiate and Follow up with company internal cross departments and Showrooms.
  7. Managing manager's meeting appointments and schedules, also Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  8. Managing and organizing meetings and appointments including booking arrangement on travel, transport and accommodation.
  9. Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines.
  10. Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  11. Collating and filing expenses of the department and conducting research on behalf of the manager.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or other related field, and at least 1 years related experience
  2. Successful work experience as personal assistant, secretary or similar position
  3. Strong working knowledge of administrative, marketing and sales industry, including digital tools and techniques
  4. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint and Emailing
  5. Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  6. Very good command of English and prefer the Chinese language as a second language.
