Job Description
-Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required-Preparing communications on behalf of a manager-Answering phone calls-Organising travel and itineraries-Organising and planning meetings-Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings-Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require-Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients-Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence-Handle requests and queries appropriately-Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments-Make travel arrangements-Take dictation and minutes-Source office supplies-Produce reports, presentations and briefs-Devise and maintain office filing system-Enhances effectiveness by providing information management support.-Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.-Organizes work by reading and routing correspondence; collecting information; and initiating telecommunications.-Manages department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.-Prepares reports by collecting information.

Job Requirements
-Must have at least ( 3 ) Years experience in relevant field.-Computer literacy-Verbal and written articulacy-Professional discretion-Efficiency-Well-developed time management skills-Strong organisational skills-Proven work experience as a personal assistant-Knowledge of office management systems and procedures-MS Office proficiency-Outstanding organisational and time management skills-Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload-Excellent verbal and written communications skills-Discretion and confidentiality-High School degree-PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage-Can be able to drive-Excellent English and chinese language (Speaking and Writing) for business communication. (Reads through or listens to material in one language, ascertains understanding of the meaning and context of that material, and converts it into a second language, making sure to preserve the original meaning)
