Assist and coordinates with facility management and ensure good manage pest control team and well skill to control visitation schedule, chemical usage and equipment & tools maintenance. Monitoring and daily check to report of sub team leaders and make monthly, yearly schedule and budget spending of under STRE business centers.Ensure to decide the best solution of technical issue of pest controlling and give correct decision to team usage chemical and controlling method.

• Inspect buildings and the surrounding environment for signs of pest infestation or pests
• Determine the type of treatment needed to eliminate the pests
• Estimate the cost of services rendered to clients or customers
• Apply pesticide safely in buildings or structures and the surrounding environment
• Design and carry out a pest management plan
• Create barriers to prevent pests from entering a building and create effective pest control measures to prevent pest infestation.
• Willing to take ownership of all complaints, try to resolve issues immediately and follow up to ensure the customers satisfaction.
• Any other responsibilities as assigned by the management as and when required.

University graduate / Any Equivalence Degree

• Skill full pest controlling and familiar with tools 
• Confident, self-motivated, innovative and capable to work under pressure
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pest controlling services and maintenances work . Minimum 2 years’ experience in van car driving
• Able to speak and write English and Myanmar. 
• Must possess physical stamina and be able to withstand harsh conditions as the nature of the job requires standing for a long period of time and working in an uncomfortable environment 
• Must have good time and process management skills
