- Manage the relationship with the business functions with respect to their new ideas and requirements (projects, service improvement requests, system enhancement requirements, capacity requirements, etc.)
- Engage with Business and IT Stakeholders to convert idea or concept to a Business Requirement – Work closely with the Product Owners and -- Solution Manager in maintaining relationships with IT counterparts and Business Stakeholders
- Manage multiple demands simultaneously for Promotion, Product and Service development to deliver an outcome, ensuring business objectives are met. Have thorough understanding of product development lifecycle and knowledge of project management methodologies.
oInitiate and execute intra departmental communication and improvement activities to ensure maximum alignment of the IT with business priorities and facilitate demand capturing.
- Capture new demand and ensure structured and high quality of demand’s scope and requirements in order to have a consistent basis for estimation and scheduling of the implementation.
- Ensure all governance and controls are adhered to for successful delivery of all demands, execute all activities on time, quality and cost.
- Develop KPIs for Demand Management as well as dashboards and regular reports to create transparency and tracking of change requests and projects.
