Policy Service & Claim Manager Manager at an Leading Global Insurance Company in Yangon

● Oversee and develop all Policy Service processes and procedures
● Salary up to 4,000,000 MMK plus attractive benefit package

About the Company

The Role

Responsible for managing proper management of lawsuits according to organizational guidelines

● Deal closely with other departments to ensure that premium collection flow is efficient and effective
● Make sure that all requests for Policy Service are doing within turn-around time
● Recruit, select and train and review performance team of policy service
● Make sure that all claims are managed according to company guidelines

Job Requirements

● 3 to 5 years of experience in policy making for claim management in Banking, FMCG and Telecom industries
● Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
● Proficient in both verbal and written English is required
● Strong Team- working and management skills
