This position will be responsible for Policy Service & Claims

To make sure all requests for policy service are doing within turn-around time.
To make sure that all claims are managed according to company guidelines
To process policy service and claims and record weekly/monthly reporting
To communicate with clients and take their requests in order to provide service and obtain information
To organize and work with operations department, maintaining files for each policyholder, including policies that are to be reinstated or cancelled.
And any additional duties as assigned during launch preparations.

Bachelor Degree is a must and other related qualifications will be highly preferred
Cross functional departments alignment and working with team is mandatory
Microsoft office tools
Customer Service
Insurance knowledge background is optional
