Job Description

This role is responsible for overall operational support to KBZPay Operations Function run the operation smoothly.

  • Checking for Creating MABR (Master Agent Branch Manager)
  • Managing Identify Status (Create, Closed, Suspended, Frozen, Reset PIN) of SP Operator accounts.
  • Changing and Managing of SP Operator accounts’ roles.
  • Managing Identify Status (Reset PIN) of EA accounts.
  • Editing the limit of MABR, MABT, Branch Agent).
  • Employee Agent Account Process between HRDB department and Operations Function (Creation, Suspended, Frozen, Close and Phone Changed).
  • Key Account Organization link/remove with Corportate Bank Account.
  • Making applicable of restrictions of Corporate Bank Account at Flexcube side.
  • Managing Identify Status (Closed, Suspended, Frozen) of customer accounts.
  • Checking KYC between KBZPay side and Flexcube side.
  • Solving KBZPay Apps issues (Customer & Partner app).
  • Solving all portal related issues.
  • Checking weekly and monthly reports.
  • Check and monitor operational and technical erros and issues relating with App & Portals and provide first level resolution.
  • Provide operatoinal support to team members related to Portal and App issues.
  • Issues raising and follow up process to third parties and vendors.
  • Overall understanding between verification portal and operation portal.
  • Well maintaining and understanding the gap to align/ sync between Apps and Portals.
  • Manage daily work schedule to ensure sufficient operations coverage.
  • Additional support to Service Ops and other related verticals.
  • Able to work in flexible working environment (5 days per week).

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships

• Experience in issue resolution

• Hands – on with drive to investigate and produce solutions

• Must understand application, platforms, technical correlation.

•  Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly

• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time

• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships

• Teamwork and leadership skills

• Technically innovative.

• Well knowledge of banking products.
