ROLE PURPOSE  

We are looking for a Portfolio Analysis and Reporting Officer who will be directly reporting to Head of Agribusiness Financing Department under Business Banking Division, to regularly monitor and measure the performance of Agri loan book over time in order to support in strategies for improvements and efficiency of Yoma Bank’s Agri Portfolio.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

The key responsibilities of the Portfolio Analysis and Reporting Officer will be the regular Monitoring and Analysis of the Agri Portfolio in respective perspectives to support HOD in attaining insights and will be supporting the sales team members for the regular data of the clients under Agri Portfolio. 

Portfolio Analysis and Reporting Officer of Agribusiness Financing Department shall carry out the following tasks: 

• Prepare and maintain regular reports of Agri Portfolio in terms of Loans Outstanding, Delinquency and NPL, Products Concentration, etc. 
• Maintain the pipeline of Agri Sales Team, record the measures of sales performance and regularly report to the team 
• Cooperate with other departments for supporting Agri portfolio data for different purposes of the bank 
• Regularly check the data of Agri Portfolio in the main system of the bank for corrections and modification to be in line with respective policies of the Agri products 
• Study the background of Agriculture industry and apply the knowledge into the Analysis of the Agri Portfolio for the better and more effective performance measures in both quantitative and qualitative aspects 
• Conduct regular analysis of the portfolio 
• Support HOD with relevant data and reports if needed occasionally 

• University Degree in Finance and Finance related subjects or Computer Studies/IT 
• Certification in Reporting and Data Analysis subjects will be a plus 
• At least one year of experience in Reporting/Data Analysis or in jobs related with Reporting/Data Analysis 
• Experience in Banking industry is a plus 
• Strong reporting and analytical skills 
• Upper intermediate or Advanced level in Microsoft Excel(Capabilities to use Microsoft Power BI will be more desirable) 
• Basic understanding in Banking and Banking products 
• Effective business writing and communication skills 
• Basic knowledge of financial calculations of loans 
• Fluent written, verbal and communication in both Burmese and English
