1) Fully in charge of the work of each shift personnel, take immediate action and discipline who violate the regulation.2) When on duty, in charge of the safety of boiler operation, grasp the real time operation status. Discover the problem and resolve it immediately, report to superior when necessory.3) Be able to find and judge the problem in real time, can deal with the problem properly at the same time.

Job Requirements
1) Education: Minimum degree qualification in M&E.2) Working experience: 2 years working experience in boiler, turbine or generator.3) Cability requirement: Organisational skill and team spirit.4) Other knowledge: Excellent in computer literacy such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point and etc). Autocad.5) Language: Burmese, English and Chinese is an advantage.
