An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • Develop electrical designs for low, medium & high voltage electrical equipment and specifications
  • Create and review AC and DC schematics, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams for project submittals, construction drawings and as-built’s drawing.
  • Perform power system equipment design, protection and control design and the applications at all stages, starting from conceptual design, design development stage and detailed engineering stage.
  • Utilize knowledge of the electrical engineering standard to ensure that power system equipment designs comply with the required electrical standards.
  • Develop the design criteria and the document deliverables list for the project.
  • Develop protection and control schemes to the specification requirements.
  • Able to execute job scope regarding to high voltage power cable system design, including ampacity calculations, cable pulling design, cable vault layouts, cable restraint design.
  • Simulate, analyze and design using electrical design software in protection and coordination analysis, load flow analysis, short circuit analysis and transient stability analysis.
  • Develop of single-line diagrams, layout drawings, raceway systems, grounding systems, and BOMs for power system design packages.
  • Prepare of single line drawings and calculations for fault calculations, grounding, lightning protection, rigid bus bracing, transformer sizing, transformer arrester selection and insulation coordination calculation, and AC and DC auxiliary system sizing calculation.
  • Provide construction, installation & commissioning support.
  • Analyze technical inconsistencies, oversights and mistakes.
  • Assessment of protection & control equipment to meet the requirements of the electrical standards.

  • 6 plus years of experience in Power System Engineering.
  • BE (Electrical) or equivalent qualification.
  • Must be proficient in electrical design and analysis software such as ETAP and DigSilent.
