  • Establish PR Strategy Company’s PR Master Plan and implement effectively.
  • Media handling and communication and engagement with media.
  • Continuous monitoring of media coverage and reporting on potential risks for reputation management as well as new business opportunities.
  • Prepare communication products for use across platforms and stakeholders.
  • Effective utilization of budget in PR activities as per approved and allocated budget.
  • Report the publication of the Company’s social media portals and be a focal person of public awareness.
  • Develop community CSR plans ensuring contributions & activities fit key areas of focus that can be effectively implemented according to communities needs and are approved by the board.
  • Manage and implement CSR programs as per approved plan.
  • Budgets and coordination regularly reviewed to ensure cost optimization and effective utilization.
  • Ensure effective execution of Environmental Management Plan.
  • Implement internal policies that meet International best practices
  • Devise a proactive corporate communications plan to mitigate adverse media coverage for the projects.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and preferable in Master in Public Administration MPA.
  • 5 to 7 years work experience in related field required.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and be a self-starter
  • Must possess strong computer skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
  • Previous experience in technical writing, or creative writing preferred.
  • Ability to effectively schedule, conduct, and follow-up interviews with a wide variety of professionals, community members, and others in a timely professional manner.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and persuasive skills and the ability to interact effectively with all levels of public, stakeholders, concerned ministries, government administration
  • Must thrive in project planning, and working with project teams internationally. A background of business management skills, budgeting and analysis is advantageous.
  • Advance proficiency English 4 skills.
  • Able to monitor and create the international news, government information and news as PESTLE.
  • Able to travel and stay in branch office.
