The position is ideal if you are young, already had a first professional experience of 2-3 years in the PR industry and want to pursue your career in Public Relations. On a daily basis, you will assist your PR Manager in all departments activities to foster the effectiveness of the team, you will draft messages suitable for each communication channel be it: media relations, influencers management or direct interaction with the public. Working closely in tandem will expand your skills, provide you hands-on experience and help advance your career. Take note that our clients require second-to-none quality of work so you will be required to provide a high level of expertise at each assignment.

The right candidate will be the person who can demonstrate a few years of experience in public relations in Myanmar. To be transparent, your chances of being selected if you don't have advertising experience is low because the world of digital marketing is a very specific industry that requires far more specific qualities than general marketing. You must also show great rigor, organisation, a great sense of leadership to be able to convince your future team. Your English must be very good as it is the working language within the company as we work with people from 10 different countries. You must also demonstrate a great sense of creativity, business acumen and ability to quickly come up with viable solutions despite a rapidly changing environment. You have to have confidence in yourself and confidence in others.
