  • Responsible for coordinating to solve technical problems for / sales and customers.
  • Responsible for supporting sales to provide advice on network solutions to business / industry.
  • Responsible for bringing Customer Requirement to design and design to be a Technical Solution for Engagement and to present Proposal to customers.
  • Responsible for coordinating with internal Cross Functional teams, Partner / Vendor in order to deliver project work to meet the target.
  • Using technical skills to demonstrate to potential customers, the usefulness of the service and technical solution for opportunities.
  • Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support and service resources to align solution design with customers’ business requirements.
  • Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree Engineering (B.E (EC) or BE (IT)) or computer science related fields.
  • Industry experience at three years including two or more years in sales engineering.
  • Proactively scope that technical solution required to address customer requirements, accesses customers’ met and unmet needs and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.
  • Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Positive, service-oriented personality
  • Willingness to travel
