Mission:

1. To assist the lead teacher with the development and implementation of educational program.
2. To closely supervise the students and provide learning support and guidance to support their developments
3. To enforce school and classroom rules to help the children to gain positive behavior
4. To provide stimulating environment and promote children wellbeing
5. To provide high quality care that has impact on children’s safety and families’ satisfaction.

Outcomes:

1. Attend curriculum explanation session with class teacher, set learning goals for the children from the activities and prepare the lesson materials, bulletin board, displays, equipment and demonstration.
2. Maintain daily record of the students, track the children’s progress and intervene to achieve the progress as necessary with the help from class teacher.
3. Ensure the classroom environment meets standards for safety and cleanliness.
4. Regularly communicate with family members and other staff to meet the individual needs of the children.
5. Be a substitute class teacher when the class teacher is away or absent.
6. Promote children’s physical and emotional wellbeing by being a good role model.
7. Active participation in school events, parent-teacher meeting, party and marketing activities.
8. Comply with the school policy and procedure.
9. Organize and label materials and display children’s artwork in a manner appropriate for their eye levels and perceptual skills.
10. Take responsibility to greet the children and assist in school bus loading and unloading.
11.  Take other assigned task directed by class teacher when it is necessary.

Qualification

1. Any bachelor’s degree holder with ECCD certificate or any equivalent certification in early childhood education and care.
2. First Aid certificate

1. Ability to speak English very fluently and able to write well (At least pre-intermediate level).
2. Good command of Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Strong interpersonal and team work skills
4. Multitasking skill
5. Excellent communication skill to communicate with all level of people.
