Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Manages the overall preventive and corrective maintenance of network elements in his domain.
Plans Preventive & Corrective maintenance according to network elements and contract requirements. Implements, monitors, controls, and follows up with issues found till closure.
Communicates and explains the plan to related teams or persons, and dispatches teams according to the schedule.
Ensures that he/she read all contract carefully related to preventive maintenance scope and SLA.
Ensures effective use of Client /Internal software (i-TSM & M-ITSM) for preventive maintenance scheduling.
Ensures that all activity related to preventive captured through Mob app.
Handles preventive maintenance audit through software.
Makes sure that all pictures have been captured properly by FME during Preventive Maintenance.
Ensures all abnormal and bad quality PM pictures escalate to O&M Manager.
Ensures daily planned preventive maintenance is executing effectively.
Ensures training of FME on preventive maintenance process whenever it is required.
Analyzes Preventative Maintenance data and updates the program based on this data.
Creates reports based on data received from field as per guideline & recommends action plans.
Analyzes equipment manuals and translates that data into meaningful Preventative Maintenance schedules.
Trains all preventative maintenance personnel in their job duties.
Supervises all works related to his/her assigned project(s) and ensures that they are executed in accordance with client’s requirement and contract.
Validates reports from field e.g. visits regularly cell sites to validate and ensures that the Field Technicians are executing their assigned work according to quality and standard.
Maintains inventory of network updates in case of any change.
Analyzes resources requirements and gives recommendation to the O&M manager accordingly. (Resources include but not limited to Human, tools, equipment, and transportation).
Responds on timely basis to all communications within and outside the organization.
Demonstrates the ability to think critically and proactively, anticipates risks, and prepares solutions in advance.
Reports and investigates any incident (Fuel theft, etc.) according to process.
Supports the O&M Manager in reconciliation of data, controlling cost, and receiving payments from client.
Ensures all documentation and reports are created and shared within i engineering and client on time.
Coordinates with i engineering teams and with the client at all levels for performing his/her duties.

Job Requirements

5-6 years of Technical experience in field.
Or 5-6 years of managerial experience in similar job.
Familiar with MS office, communication tools like emails.
Strong Knowledge and experience in planning of Generator maintenance, PM, CM and Performance Management to reach targeted SLA .
Expertise in Client Relations, customized reporting using Microsoft advanced Excel
Proficiency in English Four Skills
Able to maintain team climate and good team management is a plus.
Able to work under pressure with Clients
