• Oversee the evaluation of existing programs and practices, curriculum content, and piloting of experimental programs.
• Increase admission rate through promotional and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends to enable effective benchmarking and learning from industry best practices.
• Actively participate and encourage staff participation in parent-teacher and other community groups, as a means of developing understanding, cooperation, and respect for school objectives and endeavors.
• Establish effective means of staff recruitment. ensure the provision and implement a plan for staff development.
• Articulate a vision for Professional Development of staff and ensure its implementation.
• Identify and groom staff for administration and future responsibilities.
• Identify learning and training needs of employees and ensure that the relevant professional development activities are organized and participated in accordingly.
• Develop strategies to market and maintain the school's student enrolment to maximize the utilization of the school's capacity and resources.
• Collaborate with the marketing team in executing marketing strategies to achieve the target student population.
• Lead the school's parent liaison team in building strong relationships with existing and prospective parents.
• Participate and lead marketing events and programs to promote the brand image of the school and the Group.
• Interact with prospective parents, when possible, to explain the curriculum and the ethos of the school e.g., conduct tours of the school as required.
• Responsible for the financial performance of the school to achieve financial targets and KPIs.
• Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations.
• Ensure timely, effective, and regular communication with the parent community so that they are kept up to date on the progress of their children.
