ROLE PURPOSE

The Operations Division is responsible for developing and managing Yoma Bank’s operations to be able to create greater value for the Bank’s customers and internal customers, employees. The Division delivers values through innovation, specialization and continuous improvement on automation, standardization, workflow mapping, and process & document management.

In this capacity, the Operations Division requires the services of a Process Designer to define and analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities and design improved processes that meet the requirements of various stakeholders within the Bank. The Process Designer will work alongside Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Workflow Engineers and UX Designers to drive Operation Transformation for best-in-class operations and customer value proposition.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze and redesign operational processes to enhance operational productivity and efficiency
• Engage with internal and external customers for ongoing alignment in process improvement
• Set ambitious and clear end-state process documentation and communicate the new process to key stakeholders
• Ensure customer-driven process design considering user needs, while using market & industry knowledge to deliver a well-positioned final process
• Leverage customer-generated insights and BI insights for effective process and strategy decisions
• Perform other tasks assigned by the management for the success of the strategic initiatives

• Comprehensive knowledge of user journey, process mapping, document management and automation
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages and tell a compelling story
• Excellent competency in computer (MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and presentation skills
• Willingness and ability to learn relevant skills and tools on the job
• Strong rigor in execution with an attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma is highly desirable
• Good working knowledge of UI/UX is a plus

Education & Special Training

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business, Management, Finance and/or industry specific qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in operational environment of any field (Banking/IT/Manufacturing industry is a plus)
• Your education and work experience will need to show that you have the training and professional background for the necessary skills.Experience in user-centered process development in a similar role preferred

Languages

• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar
