Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

-Solve the process and machine issue to reduce the production cost; improve factory / line OEE, focus on OEE loss and take systematical solution.
-Organize the improvement activity on process, machine and maintenance.
-Co-work with PM for the new product and trial production, and support the production supervisor to solve the production problem.
-Analyze the quality complaint from our production. And check and take action for it.
-Check the abnormal material/product in process. And deal with this material by requirement.
-Evaluate the layout, production capacity; lead the process improvement, cost down project. Support the management data to production manager.
-Learn the operation of new machine and setup the maintenance work standard for workers.
-Prepare the work instruction/production checklist by the CP, technological requirements.
-The Process Engineer is responsible for the validation of all process improvements and the establishment of revised basic conditions on the line. A core deliverable is eliminated losses and wastes and increase the stability of the line to support the transition of traditional line teams to semi-autonomous teams.

Job Requirements

-Post Graduate level education or Bachelor Degree with relevant engineering skills in specialized field of Mechanical, Chemical or Electrical.
-Have background experiences in FMCG/ Manufacturing field.
-Flexible, Dependency and Accuracy.
-Good communication skills.
-Good command of English. Able to use MS package (especially Word and Excel).
